data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY IV\u00a0<br \/>FAIR HOUSING NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY\u00a0<\/p><p>It is the policy of the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV to provide equal housing opportunities for all<br \/>qualified residents and applicants. \u00a0In the selection of families and in the provision of Mississippi Regional Housing<br \/>Authority IV (MRHA IV) programs, services or activities there shall be no discrimination against any person on the<br \/>grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation, age, familial status, marital status,<br \/>partnership status, lawful occupation, lawful source of income, military status, alienage or citizenship status, or on<br \/>the grounds that a person is a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking. \u00a0This policy also prohibits<br \/>retaliation.<\/p><p>This policy is in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of<br \/>1973, the Fair Housing Act of 1968, as amended by the Fair Housing Amendments of 1988, the Americans with<br \/>Disabilities Act of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.<\/p><p>MRHA IV will generally, upon request, provide appropriate aids and services leading to effective communication<br \/>for qualified residents and applicants with disabilities so they can participate equally in MRHA IV programs,<br \/>services, or activities including qualified sign language interpreters, documents in Braille, or other ways of making<br \/>information and communications accessible to people who have speech, hearing, or vision impairments.<\/p><p>MRHA IV will make reasonable modifications to its policies and programs to afford qualified residents and<br \/>applicants with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in its programs, services, or activities.<\/p><p>Person who require an auxiliary aid or service for effective communications, or a modification of policies or<br \/>procedures to participate in a MRHA IV program, service, or activity may contact their development management<br \/>office during regular business hours or MRHA IV\u2019s Department of Special Programs, 2845 South Frontage Road,<br \/>P.O.
